When you update your Community’s availability to “No Immediate Availability,” your profile will show a “Join Waitlist” button. This digital waitlist will be on your admin dashboard showing time/date joined and the user information to be able to contact them. You will also be notified via email. You’ll have a pipeline of leads ready the moment a room becomes available.

It’s entirely up to you. Log in whenever you need to update photos, pricing, or tour availability and to answer messages from prospective residents.
